We had our pool built in 2024 and recently noticed a small leak. We reached out to Chris with Alpha Custom Pools and he got back to us right away and sent his guys out to fix it. This is one of the reasons we chose Alpha Custom Pools. They’ve been responsive and have continued to take care of us even after the pool was finished. We really appreciate Chris and his team standing behind their work.

Where do I begin….. first and foremost you will not be disappointed with choosing Alpha Custom Pools. I had several pool companies come out and give me a quote with designs, but if was something about Chris and his pitch that made me go with him over the others. Chris is very professional and attentive. He turned my dream into a reality. With all the rain my pool was still completed in a reasonable amount of time. He is by far the best!!!!! Hands down. You will not be disappointed. Price was also within my budget.

We chose Alpha Custom Pools because they offered the best price and warranty compared to other builders we considered. We love the quality of our pool, and the crews were professional, respectful, and did excellent work. Unfortunately, communication with the owner, Chris, was disappointing. Regarding the referral bonus, we did receive the first payment. However, for the second referral bonus, we had to repeatedly follow up with Chris even after the referred pool had been completed. Each time we inquired about the promised $1,000 referral bonus, we felt were being avoided and were never given a clear timeline for payment. As a result, we will no longer be referring customers to Alpha Custom Pools.

We couldn’t be happier with the way our pool turned out. Quality work at a very reasonable price. Chris and his guys took care of us every step of the way and completed our pool in a very timely manner.

We had an appointment at 2pm for a quote, they said 2:30pm because they “forgot” it was at 2p. It’s now 3p and still no one. I’m over it. Check them off the list.

Chris and his team did an amazing job on our project from the design center to completion. We were very pleased with the quality and the price. Many other companies were charging us $10k-$25k for the same design. The spa with the rolled edge is a must have!!!

Chris promised a turn key job. He said all was " in house" From replacing sod and reroute of sprinklers. It was done so poorly I had to have someone else do that. He had his hourly crew take fill dirt from what should have been used to cover plumbing ditches and used it next to pool. Now I have a yard that has no drainage there and has sunken. The price wasn't the least or most expensive and alpha came in 5K over what I wanted to spend, and I have had to spend much more to repair what he didn't do that was promised . So the reason I'm giving a two star review. It has nothing to do with price or looks of the pool. It's the fact that after it was rushed to meet a deadline, which I wasn't pushing . It's that long after the pool was built it still wasn't operating as it should. Chris hasn't done what was promised . He was paid on time every time and I even said to him, " the Chris before contract was signed is a different Chris after it was signed. " Telling me by texts what chemicals to add to pool, Ignoring messages, repeated requests on why pool is not circulating and sloppy attention to detail is what made this a two star and not a five star. But you shouldn't ignore someone to move on to your next job after payment is made. I had to contact jandy factory rep to get pool working correctly. Chris's lack of communication led to having dig up even more of my yard causing damage, This was my third pool builder and by far the worst. Had he had a real crew manager and not ignored me and countless messages may this review would be different.

We had an excellent experience with alpha custom pools. Christopher and the team were awesome during the project. Christopger helped us a lot during the design for the perfect pool. Quality and construction is outstanding. From design to finishing touches, reflects a high level of craftsmanship. The entire experience was great and now we are enjoying our fabolous pool. Start to finish, 23 days! Beyond affordable! We expressed to Chris that the most essential part for this project to succeed would be open communication. Alpha Custom Pools provided professional and expedient services, which created an amazing customer experience. Owner, Chris, has been unhelpful and rude. He is potentially working without a fully authorized permit. I am part owner of a house he's scheduled to install a pool and I have made it clear, I will not be signing off on this pool (divorce situation). I asked for his email so I can put in writing that I don't authorize any construction at this address because I want myself covered in the event this pool loan doesn't fund. He wouldn't even allow me to send an email. Seems shady and I have serious concerns with how he's doing business.
